The Art Ministry Mosaic Arts Workshop Proposal for our church This Workshop will stress the use of drawing, cutting, pasting and grouting mosaic tiles, to finish a 3-dimensional project. The instructor will teach, guide, train and mentor attendees to learn the art of mosaic. The attendees will learn the mosaics ancient traditions and modern technology. Fees will be $5 per attendee per hour for a) Materials will covers a plywood panel size (18”x 12”) for each participant, pencils and markers, carbon papers, paste, mosaic and glass tiles, mirrors, shells, sponges, cleaning materials, grout, and grouting. B) The use of my tools. The attendees could bring their own project such as a mural, mirror, pottery, birdhouse, stepping stone, tabletop, mailbox, or jewelry box for mosaics. The attendees will learn traditional mosaic techniques while employing modern technology to create their mosaic works. Please contact for more details. |
